Position: Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, distributors, and business leads.
Generate new sales leads through telecalling and regular follow-ups.
Introduce and explain MODIGOLD products, including Pipes, Tarpaulins, Green Nets, Tanks, and other products.
Identify potential dealers and distributors and coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Team.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding requirements, quotations, orders, and enquiries.
Maintain accurate daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Update customer and lead information regularly in CRM/Excel.
Build professional relationships with customers through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with field sales and other departments wherever required.
Submit daily sales/calling reports to the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Robust follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Hindi communication is essential; knowledge of English and regional languages will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience in B2B telesales, building materials, pipes, plastics, FMCG, dealer/distributor networks, or manufacturing companies will be preferred.
