NRoles and Responsibilities

Day-to-day Tally entries, ledger and bank reconciliation N
Taxation: GST computation, TDS, return filing N
Monthly P&L; and balancesheet preparation (with provisions) N
Tracking of CM1, CM2, and CM3 profitability N
PO, payment management N
Ongoing investor-grade MIS reporting N
Being the go-to point person for audit and compliance documentation N

nQualification

N
CA-Inter/semi-qualified, or M.Com or MBA Finance with robust hands-on Tally, GST, and TDS experience N
4+ years of experience,with a strong preference for a D2C or e-commerce background N
Robust grasp of contribution margin analysis and cost structures N
Documentation discipline N

nNice to have
n
N
Exposure to investor due diligence N
Experience building or improving a reconciliation process from scratch, not just following one N
Familiarity with Shopify, Uniware, or Shiprocket, or a similar D2C ops stack N
