Job Position: ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Greater Noida/Pune/Hyderabad

Experience: 8+ to 12+ Years (Shift Timing : 6 AM – Australia Shift)

Must Have Solid working expertise on – ITOM, Discovery, Event Management & Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
Drive end-to-end delivery of ITOM modules including:

o Discovery o Service Mapping o Event Management
Define and implement CMDB strategy, governance, and data model improvements.
Design integration solutions with external monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics).
Architect event correlation, alert management, and automation workflows.
Provide expertise in service mapping strategies (top-down & bottom-up approaches).
Establish best practices for data accuracy, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead technical workshops, client discussions, and architecture reviews.
Mentor developers and guide the team on ServiceNow best practices.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Experience
9+ years of IT experience,



with 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM.
Strong hands-on expertise in:

o ServiceNow Discovery o Service Mapping o Event Management
Deep understanding of:

o CMDB architecture & data modeling o Identification & reconciliation rules
Experience with MID Server setup and management.
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations workflows.
Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services.
Hands-on scripting experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs.

Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certifications:

o CSA (Certified System Administrator)

o CIS-ITOM o ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM modules)
Experience with AIOps / Predictive Intelligence / Event Intelligence.
Solid understanding of DevOps and monitoring tools integration.
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
