Job Title: Shop Assistant / Sales Executive

We are looking for a Shop Assistant / Sales Executive to join RN Colour Magic, a paint and hardware retail store.

Responsibilities
Attend customers and understand their paint/material requirements
Explain products, shades, brands and pricing to customers
Prepare quotations and sales orders
Generate bills/invoices using TallyPrime
Coordinate with painters, contractors and customers
Handle phone/WhatsApp enquiries and follow up with customers
Assist in stock checking, arranging products and maintaining the shop
Coordinate dispatch and delivery of material
Maintain proper records of sales, payments and customer orders
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the shop

Requirements:




Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable using WhatsApp and billing software Tallyprime
Previous experience in a paint/hardware shop, sales or retail is preferred
Knowledge of paint products and brands is an advantage
Should be responsible, punctual and willing to learn

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
