We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to assist customers, understand their requirements, showcase jewellery products, and drive sales while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Showcase and explain jewellery designs, features, pricing, and offers.
Handle sales enquiries and achieve assigned sales targets.
Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain proper product display and counter presentation.
Handle billing, order details, and basic documentation.
Follow up with customers for enquiries and potential sales.




Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in jewellery retail/counter sales preferred.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also be considered.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and presentable personality.
Willingness to work in a retail/store environment.
Basic knowledge of jewellery products, gold, diamonds, or gemstones will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
