Minimum 15 years of total IT experience, including 8–10 years of strong, relevant Salesforce experience in architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. N
Act as a client‐facing solution architect, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs. N
Lead data migration initiatives from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle. N
Design and implement Salesforce integrations with ERP and cross‐platform systems, leveraging APIs, middleware, and best practices for seamless data flow. N
Provide architectural guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, scalability, and performance optimization. N
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design adheres to enterprise standards and governance frameworks. N
Drive end‐to‐end project delivery, including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment,



and post‐implementation support. N
Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. N

Proven client‐facing experience with solid communication and stakeholder management skills. N
Hands‐on expertise in data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce. N
Solid background in Salesforce ERP integrations and cross‐platform integration frameworks. N
Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization. N
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. N
