Job Position: ServiceNow Developer ITSM

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer – ITSM to design, develop, and support IT Service .Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes
Design and implement Workflows and Flow Designer
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and application enhancements
Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements

Required Skills:
Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM
