The client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Architect to support the design and implementation of Generative AI capabilities within a large-scale ServiceNow workplace.

Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow Now Assist solutions.
Define architecture for GenAI and AI-driven ServiceNow use cases.
Configure and extend Now Assist skills, prompts and AI Agents.
Integrate AI capabilities with ServiceNow workflows, knowledge and enterprise systems.
Define best practices around security, governance and scalability.
Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow development and platform teams.

Requirements
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Technical/Solution Architect.
Hands-on experience with Now Assist / ServiceNow Generative AI.
Experience with AI Agents, AI Skill Kit and prompt engineering.
Robust ServiceNow platform and integration expertise.
Valuable understanding of LLMs, GenAI architecture and AI governance.
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or Knowledge Management is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills.
