We are looking for a ServiceNow - Moveworks Senior Consultant with solid experience in enterprise platform implementation, system integrations, and AI-powered employee experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead ServiceNow and Moveworks implementation projects and workstreams.
Configure Moveworks AI Assistant, AI Agents, plugins, conversational flows, and enterprise search.
Work on ServiceNow, Workday, HRIS, and ITSM integrations.
Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Manage project deliverables, timelines,



risks, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with HR, IT, security, and enterprise technology teams.

Required Skills ServiceNow | Moveworks | Agent Studio | REST API | SOAP | Integrations | Workday | HRIS | ITSM | Conversational AI | Enterprise Search | Workflow Automation | Agile

Preferred
Experience with Moveworks or similar conversational AI platforms.
Experience with ServiceNow implementation and integrations.
Knowledge of Generative AI / Agentic AI.
Experience in HR technology or employee service transformation.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
