Solid candidate management & stakeholder handling skills from sourcing to onboarding N
Ability to understand diverse automotive roles across functions (Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, Corporate functions, etc.) N
Good market intelligence on automotive talent landscape N
Solid communication and interpersonal skills N

Screen and assess candidates across IT, Engineering, R&D;, Supply Chain, Operations, and Non-Tech roles N
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and joining N




Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless scheduling with clients N
Maintain solid follow-ups and manage candidate pipelines effectively N
Handle job postings andemployer branding across platforms N
Build talent pipelines for both niche and volume roles in the automobile sector N
Mentor junior recruiters (for Senior Associate role) N

nType of hiring / Shift timings - Domestic Hiring (Day Shifts - 9 am to 6 pm)
NQualifications: BE / BTECH / MCA / MBA or any Graduate with relevant experience
