SMT Shift Incharge

Experience: 5+ Years in SMT | 1+ Year as Shift Incharge

Location: Chh. Sambhajinagar (AURIC)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage SMT production and shift operations.
Supervise operators and technicians and allocate manpower.
Hands-on experience with Fuji SMT machines.
Handle machine setup, feeder loading, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
Monitor production targets, quality, downtime, and line efficiency.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production teams.
Maintain shift reports and ensure proper shift handover.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards.

Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on SMT experience.
1+ year experience as SMT Shift Incharge.
Robust knowledge of SMT processes and PCB assembly.
Positive leadership, troubleshooting, and manpower-handling skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
