SMT Quality Engineer
Experience: 3+ Years in SMT Quality / Electronics Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor quality across the SMT production process.
Inspect SPI, AOI, soldering, component placement and reflow processes.
Identify defects and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Handle quality issues, rejection, rework and corrective actions.
Maintain quality reports and ensure IPC/ESD standards.
Coordinate with Production and Process teams for quality improvement.
Required Skills: SMT process knowledge, PCB inspection, defect analysis, RCA, IPC standards, SPI & AOI. Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
