What You'll Do

n

n
Own Client Delivery: Act as the single point of accountability for delivery health, sprint governance, SLA compliance, and Medallion Architecture implementation.
n
Manage Key Stakeholders: Serve as the senior liaison between Inferyx and executive client leaders; manage change requests and transform escalations into trust-building moments.
n
Drive Governance: Maintain single-source truth status metrics (RAID logs, execution dashboards, RCA incident plans) and present monthly progress decks to executive leadership.
n




Enable Platform Adoption: Collaborate with engineering and pre-sales teams to scale platform capabilities across recent enterprise business units and data domains.

What We're Looking For

n

n
8+ years managing enterprise-grade tech/data delivery programs for Tier-1 clients.
n
Hands-on expertise with Data Platforms (Medallion Architecture, Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, Lakehouse concepts).
n
Proven mastery in Agile/Scrum execution, velocity management, and program governance.
n
Robust fluency in English & Hindi with senior stakeholder management skill sets.
n
Active PMP or Prince2 certification.
n
Preferred: Experience with cloud data ecosystems (Azure, AWS, Databricks, GCP) and scale-up/startup product environments.
