Key Responsibilities

· Content Production: Film videos, shoot photos, design graphics and write compelling captions tailored to platforms like Instagram, GMB and YouTube.

· Trend Tracking: Monitor viral trends, platform algorithm shifts, and emerging audio or video formats to keep the brand/store relevant.

· Calendar Management: Plan and organize upcoming posts using a shared content calendar.

· Community Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages to foster an active audience.

· Performance Analysis: Track engagement metrics and review analytics to see what content performs best

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Creative Skills: Solid visual storytelling, framing, and basic photography or videography skills





· Software Proficiency: Experience with editing tools like Adobe, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Photoshop.

· Communication: Excellent communication (Hindi/Punjabi) and a solid grasp of brand voice.

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

· Portfolio: A digital portfolio showcasing past campaigns, videos, or graphic assets

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
