Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels aligned with brand goals.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to plan campaigns and creatives.
Monitor analytics, track performance, and report on engagement and growth.
Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize visibility.
Respond to audience interactions and manage online reputation.
Suggest cutting-edge ideas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Robust understanding of major social media platforms and content trends.
Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute campaigns.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
