Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, increase engagement, generate

inbound traffic, and support product adoption.
Plan and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with overall marketing

objectives.
Set up, manage, and optimize relevant social media channels while maintaining consistent brand identity

and messaging.
Create and coordinate engaging text, image, video, and other content formats for social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends, conversations, and emerging formats, and translate relevant trends into

content prospects for the brand.
Write compelling copy for social posts while maintaining tone of voice and brand guidelines

across all platforms.
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, customer queries, and community

interactions.
Monitor online feedback and reviews, identify recurring themes, and share relevant insights with internal

teams.
Organize and participate in relevant events and community initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and

engagement.




Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Communications, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand

messaging and execution.
Build and nurture relationships with customers, prospective customers, industry professionals,

journalists, influencers, and relevant agencies.
Identify suitable influencers and content creators and develop collaboration strategies aligned with
Coordinate influencer collaborations, including negotiations, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and

execution.
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from ideation and briefing to execution and performance

tracking, ensuring alignment with the brand message.
Monitor influencer content and evaluate campaign performance across brand awareness, engagement,

reach, and conversions.
