About the Prospect

Where should a company build its next 50, 200 or 500-person team?

India may be the right answer.

But depending on the capability, talent requirements, time zone and economics, the answer could be the Philippines, Vietnam, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, Poland — or somewhere else entirely.

We are looking for a Director – Global GCC Sales based in India to help build and scale our Global Capability Center business.

This is not a traditional staffing sales position, and it is not an account-management role.

We are looking for a hunter who can originate, develop and close significant GCC prospects.

This gives our clients flexibility.

A company can start with 10 employees through EOR, scale to 50 or 100, establish its own entity when the time is right, and continue growing into a substantial GCC — without rebuilding its workforce infrastructure at every stage.

Our goal isn’t to sell a particular country.

Our goal is to help companies determine where in the world they should build — and then help them build it.

The Role

You will own the development of recent GCC business for Linx.

Your job begins before an RFP exists.
