About the Role

n

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Video Editor with strong storytelling instincts and experience in fast-paced, mobile-first content. You'll edit AI-generated micro-dramas, along with branded and influencer-led content, creating engaging videos with strong hooks, pacing, and visual impact.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Edit live-action and AI-generated content and micro-drama episodes.
n
Edit brand reels, influencer reels, social media videos, and branded content.
n
Create solid hooks, pacing, emotional peaks, reveals, and engaging endings.
n
Select the best footage, performances, and shots to maximise audience retention.
n
Maintain visual, character, costume, lighting, and continuity consistency.
n
Identify and fix common AI-video issues such as lip-sync, facial inconsistencies, flickering, warping, and continuity errors.
n
Handle compositing, masking, tracking, cleanup, reframing, colour correction, and other post-production tasks.
n
Handle basic sound editing, music, ambience, Foley, and sound effects.
n
Work closely with creative, production, influencer,



and brand teams.
n
Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines while maintaining organised project files.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
4+ years of professional video-editing experience in digital, advertising, branded content, social media, entertainment, or similar environments.
n
Proven experience editing brand reels, influencer reels, social-first content, and digital campaigns.
n
Robust portfolio demonstrating creative editing, storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
n
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
n
Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve.
n
Solid understanding of social media editing, trends, hooks, transitions, music sync, captions, and visual storytelling.
n
Familiarity with AI-assisted video and post-production workflows is preferred.
n
Good understanding of sound editing and colour correction.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
