nThe Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving current business acquisition and revenue growth within the assigned territory. This role requires a robust focus on direct B2B sales, customer engagement, and market development, along with the ability to build long-term relationships and identify growth prospects within existing accounts.
NKey Responsibilities:
N1. Recent Business Acquisition

Identify and target potential B2B customers within the assigned geography N
Generate and qualify leads through market mapping, networking, and industry engagement N
Drive end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, solution presentations, and deal closure N
Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets N

n2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Plant Managers, Procurement Heads, and Business Owners N




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution N
Strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships N

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing accounts N
Drive account expansionby understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly N
