Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for personal loan sales.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into disbursal cases.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and process clearly.
- Follow up with leads regularly until login and disbursal.
- Maintain daily sales and calling reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly login and disbursal targets.
- Ensure accurate customer information and proper documentation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in personal loan telesales preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Positive knowledge of personal loan products and sales process.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
