Configure and customize DealCloud CRM to meet complex business requirements. N
Design, implement, and maintain workflows, scripts, and integrations within DealCloud. N
Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations and related automation. N
Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality and performance. N
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DealCloud-related issues. N
Manage deal pipelines, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making. N
Document configurations, development processes, and user guides. N

nSkills Required:

5 - 10 years of relevant experience in CRM development,



integrations, and reporting. N
API development and integration experience (REST/SOAP). N
Reporting and analyticsfor deal pipeline decision-making. N
DealCloud CRM configuration and customization (entities, fields, workflows, dashboards). N
JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for scripting and UI-related configuration within CRM. N

nGood to Have:

Power Platform experience. N
DealCloud CRM development experience with advanced workflows and automation. N

nEducation: Any Graduation (Computer Science or Information Technology preferred).
