NJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Consultant with 5+ years of Salesforce experience and robust expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing field service solutions, optimizing workforce and dispatch operations, and integrating Salesforce with external systems. The candidate should have a robust understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, automation, data model, integrations, and Field Service capabilities, along with the ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements. N
Configure and optimize Field Service Lightning (FSL) functionality, including workforce management, scheduling, dispatch, and technician mobility. N




Work with business stakeholders to understand field service processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions. N
Configure Flows, Approval Processes, Permission Sets, Profiles, Roles, and Salesforce Security Model. N
Design and maintain Reports, Dashboards, and Salesforce Mobile Solutions. N
