nWhat You'll Do:

Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations. N
Configure Case Management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, and Service Console capabilities. N
Implement AI solutions using Agentforce and build AI-powered capabilities such as case summarization, intelligent routing, service agents, and knowledge recommendations. N
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. N

nExpertise You'll Bring:

Robust Salesforcedevelopment experience with Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, integrations,



and CI/CD tools. N
Hands-on experience with Agentforce, AI-enabled Salesforce functionality, and service automation use cases. N
Preferred certifications include Platform Developer I, AI Associate, and Agent force Specialist. N
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. N
