Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow statements, and profit & loss accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data for reporting purposes.
- Identify areas for improvement in the finance function and implement process enhancements.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in banking or NBFC industry.
- Solid knowledge of ECL (Expected Credit Loss) modeling and its application in credit risk management.
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow statements.
