nAbout the Role
nStar Estate is looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Luxury Sales Lead to drive sales for premium and luxury real estate projects in Bangalore.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, team handling, client relationship management, and luxury/premium property sales.
nKey Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Luxury Sales Team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.n
Drive sales of premium and luxury residential projects.n
Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking.n
Conduct and manage client meetings and site visits.n
Build robust relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and investors.n
Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue.n
Coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.n
Coordinate with builders, channel partners,



and internal teams.n
Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to management.n
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.n

nCandidate Requirements

n
3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.n
Experience in premium/luxury real estate sales will be highly preferred.n
Prior experience in team handling/team leadership is required.n
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.n
Good understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.n
Target-oriented, self-driven, and solid in client management.n
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.n
Two-wheeler/own vehicle preferred.n

nLocation: Star Estate, HSR Layout, Bangalore
nWorking Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
nWorking Days: 6 Days a Week
nWeekly Off: Tuesday
nTravel: Required, especially for Saturday & Sunday client meeting
