Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP RAP Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with robust hands-on expertise in RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model) and modern S/4HANA development.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Develop and maintain SAP applications using ABAP on S/4HANA.
n
Design and develop applications using SAP RAP and CDS Views.
n
Develop OData V4 services using RAP.
n
Work on managed and unmanaged RAP scenarios.
n
Develop Business Objects, Behavior Definitions, Behavior Implementations, and Service Definitions/Bindings.
n
Develop and optimize ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
n
Work extensively with ABAP OO, CDS, AMDP, and modern ABAP syntax.
n
Perform debugging, performance optimization, unit testing, and code reviews.
n




Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
n
Follow SAP development standards and best practices.
n

Required Skills

n

n
3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
n
Strong experience in SAP RAP and S/4HANA development.
n
Positive knowledge of CDS Views and OData services.
n
Hands-on experience with RAP BO, Behavior Definition, Behavior Implementation, Service Definition, and Service Binding.
n
Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects and up-to-date ABAP syntax.
n
Experience with AMDP, BAdIs, Enhancements, and User Exits.
n
Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture.
n
Experience working with Eclipse / ADT (ABAP Development Tools).
n
Good debugging and performance-tuning skills.
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
