We are looking for an experienced Solar Site Engineer with hands-on experience in Tin Shed/PEB Rooftop Solar Projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Tin Shed/PEB solar structure and module installation.
Manage site manpower, subcontractors and daily project activities.
Supervise DC/AC cable laying, inverter installation, earthing and electrical works.
Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of project activities.
Prepare DPRs and coordinate with clients, vendors and project management.

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or related field.
Mandatory: Practical experience in Tin Shed/PEB Rooftop Solar Projects.
Positive knowledge of solar installation, structures and site execution.
Solid manpower management and communication skills.
Willingness to travel/work at project sites.

Candidates with only ground-mounted solar experience will not be preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
