10+ years of experience in software development, architecture & solution design.
Robust experience in Software Architecture, System Design, Solution Design & SDLC.
Hands-on expertise in .NET, .NET Core, C#, .NET Core API, SQL & AWS.
Experience in designing scalable, secure and reliable applications.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Git/GitHub/Bitbucket.
Ability to manage technical risks and mentor developers.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Fintech / Microfinance is preferred.
