Role & responsibilities:
Monitor production data loading issues and data transfer to various downstream systems Monitor production data for Lakehouse performance and identify potential issues.
Monitor all pipelines and ensure all jobs are run on timely manner, debug and resume pipeline case of failure.
Monitor report refreshes according to the scheduled timings. Resolve common issues related to data retrieval errors, Qlik access permissions, and minor application issues.
Grant specific data access to users after confirmation from the IFL SPOC.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform root cause analysis.
Work closely with data engineering and development teams to address underlying system issues and recommend improvements where necessary.
Extract ad-hoc data basis the details mentioned in the service request Check Report and API data issues, and provide column logic/justification if required Check
