NWe are looking for a strong people manager with solid technical depth who can lead engineering teams, develop talent, improve execution, and work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality software.
NThe ideal candidate combines strong engineering management experience with a up-to-date approach to software development, including the effective use of AI and automation to improve engineering productivity.

Lead, mentor, and develop software engineering teams. N
Establish clear goals, ownership, accountability, and engineering best practices. N
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching, and career-development discussions. N
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of engineering talent. N
Drive effective planning, prioritization,



and timely delivery of engineering initiatives. N
Improve development processes, team collaboration, and engineering productivity. N
Promote effective use of AI-assisted development and automation across the software development lifecycle. N
Provide technical guidance and participate in architecture and system-design discussions. N
Ensure high standards for software quality, scalability, reliability, security, and performance. N
Partner closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and business teams. N
Provide explicit visibility into engineering priorities, progress, dependencies, and risks. N
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement. N

15+ years of software engineering experience. N
8+ years of direct engineering management experience. N
Proven experience leading and developing software engineering teams. N
