nJob Overview:
nAs a HTML Developer at Sundew, you will be responsible to translate the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that produce visual elements of the application.
nKey Responsibilities: -

Understand product requirements, user behavior, and business objectives to define experience strategyn
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypesn
Convert approved designs into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end implementationsn
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to align UX vision with technical feasibilityn




Develop and maintain scalable UI components and design systemsn
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and accessibility standardsn
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvementsn
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalabilityn
Make strategic UX decisions for both core features and recent enhancementsn
Apply user-centered design principles and continuously test and iteraten
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, interaction patterns, and front-end technologiesn
Maintain design consistency across products and platformsn

nRequired Skills & Experience: -

5–6 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end developmentn
Solid proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)n
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe XDn
Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScriptn
