The Special Educator is responsible for supporting students with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or special educational needs. The role involves assessing students, creating individualized learning plans, and providing tailored instruction to help them achieve academic and social success.
Main Duties:
Identify students’ learning needs
Create and follow Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Teach students one-on-one or in small groups
Adapt lessons to suit different learning styles
Work with teachers and parents to support the child
Track and report student progress
Qualifications:
Degree in Special Education
Valuable communication and patience
Understanding of learning disabilities
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
