NWe are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer – ITSM to design, develop, and support IT Service .Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow development best practices.
NKey Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB) N
Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes N
Design and implement Workflows and Flow Designer N
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs N
Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and application enhancements N
Troubleshoot issues andprovide production support N
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards N
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements N
