About the Role

We are looking for a confident and creative Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and campaigns.
Take ownership of the brand's marketing and positioning.
Manage social media, digital marketing, promotions, partnerships, and outreach.
Plan initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Build and maintain partnerships with relevant businesses and organisations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
Identify recent marketing opportunities and develop creative campaigns.
Manage day-to-day marketing activities and ensure timely execution.
Take ownership of marketing initiatives from planning to execution.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or a related field.




Robust understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand building.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, creative, and proactive personality.
Experience in partnerships, promotions, outreach, or campaigns.
Solid strategic thinking and execution skills.
Ability to independently manage marketing activities.
Strong coordination and organisational skills.
Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
