Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate role fit, technical suitability, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and manage campus hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.





Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
Robust expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment reporting.
Working knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
