Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
Manage HR Operations, employee records, attendance, and HRMS.
Handle job postings, recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR MIS, reports, trackers, and other HR-related documentation.
Support HR policies, compliance, and general HR activities.
Create qualified HR communications, presentations, posters,using digital design tools.
Prepare basic HR dashboards, data visualizations, and HR reports.
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Excellent English communication skills.
Robust coordination, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
