Go Kite Travel & Tours is hiring a Senior Holiday Consultant – B2C for our kochi branch. We’re looking for an experienced travel qualified with strong destination knowledge and expertise in customized holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries from planning to post-trip follow-up.
Design and sell customized domestic & international holiday packages.
Prepare itineraries, quotations, and manage bookings.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and suppliers.
Upsell activities, transfers, insurance, upgrades, and other travel services.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
Keep CRM records updated and stay informed about destinations, offers, and market trends.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in holiday/leisure travel.
Robust destination knowledge and package-building skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.
Experience with CRM and travel booking tools.
