Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize qualified networks, LinkedIn, and job boards to find passive candidates.
Screening and Assessment: Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Mentorship: Mentor and train junior recruiters or HR assistants.
Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics and report on hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
