Role & responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, reviews, calibration and performance improvement.
Drive HR budgeting, manpower planning and workforce cost optimization in partnership with Finance and business teams.
Talent Management, succession planning, career development, Learning Inteventions.
Identify and implement HR automation and digital HR initiatives to improve process efficiency and employee experience.
Develop HR dashboards and leverage HR Analytics for data-driven decision making.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, retention and organizational effectiveness.
Drive key HR projects and translate business requirements into effective people solutions.
Preferred candidate profile Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR preferred.
Experience: 812 years in HR, preferably with solid HRBP/strategic HR experience.
