Engineer/Lead Commisioning Key Responsibilities:
Strictly maintain office timings
Software development in different range of automation products
Testing of control panels after the software integration
Conduct Factory Acceptance test as per the procedure
Provide Service support to customers as and when required
Involve in project installation and commissioning at customer site
Rigorously follow documentation policy
Understanding and implementing the quality procedures of company
Maintain time sheets for all projects and service visits & also Expense Report.
Prepare an MOM at the end of a project OR service visit
Assisting company in reducing the costs of the project
Travel to site at sufficient notice for project execution purposes
Stay at site for a reasonable period for commissioning purposes
Maintain activity log/time sheets of all the activities done at site
Ensure and maintain valuable reputation with customer
Report on the progress of a project to the team leader/ project manager Academic Qualification and Certification - BE-(EEE)



or Diploma in EEE Work Experience - At least 3 yrs relevant experience in similar role
Total Experience – 3 to 10 yrs.

Skills
Human machine interface, Protocols – Modbus, Profibus, Profinet etc.
Understanding of 1200 series, S7300 series, S7400 series.
Familiar with basic principles of electrical, electronics and computer engineering
Understanding the product range VAES works with
Knowledge of configuration of different range of automation products
Familiar with basic principles of electrical, electronics and computer engineering
To understand the process, process diagrams, and process instruments
Basic Panel Building and Wiring Skills
Basic field instrumentation Basics of data communication & networking Critical: Ability to work with - Siemens Simatic Manager / Similar software from vendors like Rockwell, ABB etc
SCADA software
Basics of drives Essential :
Computer literate in word-processing, spreadsheet and electronic mail application.
Valuable Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
Ability to train the subordinate.
Positive interaction with Customer.
