Role & responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, injections, and IV fluids.
Monitor vital signs, patient status, and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
Assist doctors during clinical procedures and emergencies.
Follow hospital protocols and infection control measures.
Manage daily shift duties, including ward cleanliness, linen usage, and patient hygiene.
Ensure timely and safe delivery of care to all assigned patients.
Participate in nursing rounds, handovers, and clinical audits.
Prepare and maintain drug inventory and ward supplies.
Follow NABH standards in all clinical and documentation practices.
Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and multidisciplinary teams.
Respond quickly in emergency situations with presence of mind and efficiency.
Take responsibility for shift reports, duty handovers, and patient records.
Maintain skilled conduct and uphold hospital values in all interactions.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: B.Sc. (Nursing)/GNM /ANM
Experience: 0 - 5 Years (Freshers with valuable clinical exposure can apply)
Registration: Must be registered with State Nursing Council
Skills:
Basic clinical care and patient handling
Nursing documentation and medication handling
Emergency response and critical care knowledge (for ICU)
Valuable communication and teamwork
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Knowledge of NABH standards (preferred)
