Provide direct nursing care to patients according to their medical needs.
Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and treatment progress.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate and updated nursing and patient records.
Ensure proper hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients.
Identify changes in the patient's condition and report them promptly to the doctor.
Follow infection-control and patient-safety procedures.
Handle and maintain nursing equipment and supplies properly.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment, medication, diet, and discharge instructions.
Participate in emergency care and provide first aid when required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other hospital departments.
Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and skilled standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
