We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Nariman Point, Mumbai. In this full time position, you will be responsible for selling our products and services over the phone, helping to drive our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: You will make calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services to generate interest and sales.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers effectively by providing information, addressing concerns, and understanding their needs to offer suitable solutions.
Sales Targets: You will be responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, ensuring your calls are productive and beneficial for the company.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers to build solid relationships and encourage repeat business.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in our database for tracking and reporting purposes.





Required Skills and Expectations:

Ideal candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role. A high school diploma is required. Robust communication skills, along with a friendly and persuasive attitude, are essential. Candidates must be able to work independently and demonstrate resilience in overcoming objections. Proficiency in basic computer skills is necessary to manage client data efficiently. The role is intended for female applicants only, and you must be willing to work from our office location.
