Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, rate analysis and cost sheets for interior fit-out projects.

Review interior/architectural drawings and specifications for accurate estimation.

Handle measurement, contractor billing, certification, variations and final accounts.

Monitor project costs, budgets and variations to ensure effective cost control.

Coordinate with Design, Project, Site, Procurement, Vendors and Subcontractors.

Analyse quotations, prepare comparative statements and support commercial negotiations.

Conduct site measurements and verify work quantities and progress.

Maintain project commercial documentation and prepare cost/MIS reports.

Required Skills

Robust experience in Interior Design / Interior Fit-out projects.

Positive knowledge of interior materials, finishes, market rates and construction methods.

Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Robust analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Experience in corporate, commercial, residential or turnkey interior projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
