Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
- Conduct cold calling, headhunting, and social media outreach to identify potential candidates who meet the company's needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in sales hiring or talent acquisition in an
