Position: Mechanical Design Engineer

Experience: 5 to7 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management (Onsite), Manufacturing, offshore Team and Quality to deliver recent products on time.
- Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and drawings or Tech Spec document & BOM for new product designs & Maintain throughout development cycle.
- Perform tolerance analysis, material selection with industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement per ISO 9001 & ASME Y14. Skills & Experience
- Fair understanding of thermodynamics, airflow, and heat transfer principles.
- Hands on experience with sheet metal design, Tube Routing, Large Assembly management and drawing creation in SolidWorks or Solid-Edge Experience on advanced modelling and simulation tools for added advantage
- Fair understanding of fabrication processes (Sheetmetal, Tubing, Brazing & Welding) and GD&T; assignment.
- Strong communication, collaboration & Leadership skills.
