We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a background in solar and infrastructure EPC projects to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will manage procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, vendor coordination, and inventory management to ensure timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end supply chain for solar and infrastructure EPC projects.
Oversee procurement of materials (solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, civil materials, etc.) and services.
Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Supervise warehouse operations, including stock handling, storage, dispatch, and reconciliation.
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock maintenance, and reporting.
Collaborate with project teams across multiple sites to ensure material availability.
Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project deadlines.

Requirements:




Proven experience in supply chain management in Solar and/or Infra EPC projects.
Robust procurement, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with warehouse operations and inventory control.
Excellent coordination skills for multi-site operations.
Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is an added advantage.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in solar EPC / infra project supply chain.
Familiarity with project planning, logistics optimization, and cost control.
