Key Responsibilities

Surveying & Data Collection
Execute field surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and structural locations using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and digital levels.
Establish control points and benchmarks in office to guide construction layouts.
Process survey data and map field measurements into CAD or GIS software.
Conduct as-built surveys to verify that completed work matches design specifications.

Civil Engineering & Site Supervision
Translate design blueprints and survey data into actionable in office layout markings.
Supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with engineering drawings.
Monitor structural quality and ensure materials meet project specifications and safety codes.




Resolve structural anomalies or discrepancies between architectural designs and actual ground conditions.

Project Management & Collaboration
Collaborate with project managers,architects, and subcontractors to streamline workflows.
Maintain survey equipment through regular calibration and proper field storage.
Prepare progress reports, earthwork volume calculations, and material estimates.
Enforce safety protocols and environmental guidelines across the construction site
