Designation: Store Executive

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred

Job Purpose To efficiently manage receipt, storage, issuance and tracking of raw materials, machine components, tools and finished goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming materials against PO, challan and invoice.
Check quantity, specifications and physical condition of materials.
Prepare GRN / material receipt records.
Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
Issue materials to Production against approved requirements.
Maintain machine-wise material issue records.
Track minimum and maximum stock levels.
Identify shortage, excess, damaged and obsolete materials.
Coordinate with Purchase and Production departments.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.




Maintain proper identification and location of materials.
Ensure proper storage and housekeeping.
Maintain Excel/Google Sheets inventory trackers.
Prepare daily/weekly stock reports.
Ensure no unauthorized material movement.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of inventory management.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Knowledge of stock registers, GRN, material issue/return and reconciliation.
Valuable documentation and coordination skills.
Experience in engineering/manufacturing stores preferred.
