The Role

n

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Executive who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems and making sure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

n

You’ll be the voice of our brands, handling customer queries, resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth customer experience across every interaction.

n

What You’ll Do

n

n
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
n
Understand customer concerns and provide quick, accurate and empathetic resolutions.
n
Handle queries related to orders, products, payments, delivery, returns and complaints.
n
Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely closure.
n




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
n
Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with internal teams.
n
Work closely with E-commerce, Operations and other teams to resolve customer concerns.
n
Help improve customer satisfaction and overall experience.
n

What We’re Looking For

n

n
1–3 years of experience in Customer Experience / Customer Support / Telecalling / BPO.
n
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
n
Comfortable handling customer calls and difficult conversations.
n
Patient, empathetic and solution-oriented.
n
Positive problem-solving and follow-up skills.
n
Comfortable using CRM / ticketing systems and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
n
Knowledge of Tamil, Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.
n
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and solving problems.
n
